What was the highlight of Al Bayraq Hotel
I had the most wonderful journey and stay. Absolutely wonderful.
My recent trip to Saudi Arabia to do ummra has been absolutely wonderful but the reason for my feedback is to invite anybody from the United kingdom and northern Ireland to stay at this hotel. On arrival I was treat with such respect and helpfulness it was moving. Everybody from the receptionist to the manager was a pleasure to deal with. The staff couldn't do more for me. Every single staff I came into contact with made me feel happy. They are never without a smile it's so endearing. The room was immaculately clean and tidy with everything I needed always available. The view from my room was like looking at paradise I could see the clock tower and it is only around a 10 minute walk or less than five in a taxi. I would strongly recommend anybody travelling to Saudi Arabia to do haj or ummra this is the place to stay. If this hotel works on a five star rating I give it a 10! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay and I will be returning of that you can be assured. Thank you for a blessed and wonderful time.

Reception behaviour is not friendly , I confirmed the booking hut they refused to provide the booked room and said online booking confirmation is not considered.
